Non-refundable / non-returnable items   

Unfortunately, for hygienic reasons, we CANNOT accept returns or refunds. The Press on Nail Factory won´t be responsible for any incorrect measurements provided. Please, bear in mind our nails are NOT mass produced, which means you need to allow some room for variations and not to expect exact copies, as all our designs are hand painted.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (Until next 7 days after you receive you order). If there´s any missing or faulty item, we´ll be happy to exchange if for you for free. Just send us an email to thepressonnailfactory@gmail.com
